Spécialisée dans la mise en œuvre de cycles de programmes de technologies de procréation assistée, l'analyse des travaux du département du programme PMA, la collecte de données statistiques, le reporting pour la banque de données scientifiques mondiale. Les travaux analytiques de Dr Bespechnaya ont été inclus dans de nombreuses analyses systématiques et revues Cokhrane dans le domaine des technologies de procréation assistée. Organise la formation et la supervision des nouveaux spécialistes en herbe.
Sur le plan pratique, elle effectue directement des procédures de FIV, d'insémination intra-utérine, effectue la stimulation de l'ovulation et la ponction des ovules, effectue des transferts d'embryons aux patients, donne des conseils sur l'utilisation clinique du diagnostic génétique préimplantatoire, du SART, ainsi que d'autres procédures prometteuses pour le traitement de l'infertilité. Spécialisée dans la prise en charge des patients présentant un facteur d'infertilité idiopathique, un facteur endocrinien, des patients présentant des fausses couches à répétition, des programmes de FIV négatifs répétés, un traitement par cellules souches, des patients du groupe reproducteur plus âgé.
Elle est diplômée de l'Université nationale de médecine de Kharkov en 2004.
Par la suite, elle a étudié à la clinique de reproduction IVI en Espagne.
Elle a effectué un stage au Kinderwunschzentrum Germany Lubeck en 2015.
